Dr. Courtney DeChesaro
DNP, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C
Courtney DeChesaro has practiced as a nurse practitioner across multiple settings, including primary care, lung transplantation, and neurocritical care. She is passionate about helping patients maximize their overall health and wellness, not just treat illness. She strongly believes that the best care happens when patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed choices about their health. With a strong respect for patient autonomy, she welcomes a holistic approach when appropriate and focus on care that supports each person's unique goals, lifestyle, needs, and long-term well-being.
Dr. Tammie Naranjo
MD
Dr. Naranjo is a Family Medicine physician who believes that caring for others is both a science and an art. After completing her Family Medicine Residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital (now Abrazo Central), she has practiced in a variety of settings, gaining experience across the full spectrum of care.
Passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with her patients, Dr. Naranjo also enjoys mentoring and supporting fellow healthcare providers. She currently serves as a Supervising Physician with Banner Urgent Care Services and is on the faculty at both the University of Arizona College of Medicine and A.T. Still University, where she helps train the next generation of healthcare professionals.
